In January 2011, we set out with a small table in the heart of Canakkale. Our goal was simple: to serve the Trabzon and Anatolian flavors we learned from our mother with the same love and care.
Today, since 2011, we are proud to have hosted thousands of happy guests. But one thing remains unchanged: We enter the kitchen with the same excitement every morning and prepare every plate with the same care.
